Each guest is required to communicate the expected time of arrival to the owner by telephone at least 24 hours before arrival.

Going to the property without having advised your arrival time may cause waiting times.

PAYMENT:

It is possible to pay for your stay by bank transfer, in cash or with electronic payments.

 

At the time of booking, a deposit of 30% of the total is required, to be credited by bank transfer to Bed & Breakfast Il Ciliegio di Matteo Tajè

The reservation will be accepted upon receipt of the advance payment.

The entire sum paid will be refunded if the cancellation is communicated within 30 days before the agreed arrival date. There will be no refund if the cancellation is communicated after 30 days.

 

 

REGISTRATION:

Upon arrival, the guest is required to show a valid identity document for registration, in accordance with current legal provisions.

The data provided will be processed in compliance with the confidentiality obligations regulated by law no. 675 of 12/31/1996 Regulation on cancellations.

If the customer does not take possession of the accommodation by the day following the scheduled date and does not communicate any delays, the reservation will be considered canceled and no refund is due.

​

 

If the owners of the B&B are forced to cancel the booking, they will be responsible for notifying them immediately and, if possible, proposing alternative accommodation.
